Refer to these guidelines when ordering apparel, uniforms and other products for staff. This includes but is not limited to shirts, hats, jackets, overalls and safety vests. If you have questions, please reach out to Karlan Seville.
How to Order Products
- Choose a licensed vendor.
- Work with the licensed vendor to select product(s) within your budget.
- Follow the design guidelines.
- The licensed vendor will submit a Product Request Form to our office along with the final artwork for approval.
- Any changes needed to meet guidelines will be communicated to the vendor.
Design Guidelines
Signature
The Campus Facilities signature is required on all orders. The signature may be horizontal or vertical.
Approved Colors
Shirts and hats must be one of these approved colors: white, gold, black, gray, tan and safety yellow.

Additional Text or Area Name
Areas within Campus Facilities may include their name in the brand font Gotham in a separate imprint area. If an item only has one imprint area, no additional text may be added.
